QList doesn't accept null args #567

QList doesn't allow nulls due to usage of ImmutableList. I had achieved the immutability through the following snippet. This might come up with GroupBy.group(a,b,...) when using multiple keys of which some yield to null.

Below is a replacement to ImmutableList that seems to bee a bit too restrictive.

    public List<?> newInstance(Object... args) {
        return Collections.unmodifiableList(Arrays.asList(args));
    }
