JPADeleteClause not supporting setLockMode #841

I would like to use table locking during a delete clause, but I cannot set it inside JPADeleteClause as setLockMode known from AbstractJPAQuery is not implemented there.

@subes Would you consider providing a pull request for it? Maybe also for JPAUpdateClause?

I added now the pull request, also with the same additions to the Hibernate side.
