Extend the listener mechanism so that you can instrument the QueryDSL execution #878

We would love to be able to performance instrument the QuerySQL execution and database operations.

One aspect of that is to have an extended instrumented call back mechanism as SQL gets built and executed

The current SQLListener is a step in the right direction but not extensive enough

An instrumentation listener interface needs a "setup" method to obtain a "context" object and then pass it to each listener call back step.

This allows the instrumentee to squirrel away the context it needs to record numbers.

I propose extending the current listener interface with a listener2 that has this shape
