bug(ui): Import UI name overlap when narrow

Describe the bug

When the browser window is narrower, file name overlaps with the other columns (see images)

To reproduce

Go to the UI on 7.1.2

Select for import a CSV with a longish name (usda_oranges_and_bananas_data.csv, for example). Make the browser narrower (in my case I was using split screen, making my browser use only half of my monitor)

Expected Behavior

Column should not overflow into the others. The rest of columns don't overlap. The same horizontal scrolling used for the other fields should be used

- **OS**: Mac OS
- **Browser**: Chrome
