Please change repository for named-readtables

Please change the url written in named-readtables/source.txt from
http://common-lisp.net/project/editor-hints/darcs/named-readtables/ to
https://github.com/kmizumar/named-readtables

Allegro CL 8.2 and later requires a slight change to load named-readtables:
kmizumar/named-readtables@d4d41e9

But Tobias C. Rittweiler (the original author) discontinues maintenance.

If you have any other good idea, please let me know.

CL-Syntax and Clack doesn't work on Allegro CL 8.2 because of the issue.
I heard @m2ym (the author of CL-Syntax) also had sent a patch to Tobias, but he said he wouldn't like to maintain it anymore.

I am willing to move to a new repo if tcr is handing the project off to a new maintainer. A comment from him to that effect would be good.

Actually, kmizumar doesn't want to be the maintainer according to this: kmizumar/named-readtables#1
