Make Installed the default view of Plugins Prefs instead of Recommended.

I think after you've used QS for a little bit, Installed is much more useful when switching to this pane.

I would rather show all the plugins. Everytime I go to Plugins Prefs is because I wanna install some plugin not to see the ones I've already installed

How about Quicksilver just remembers what you had selected last time :-)

This'll be in the next release.
