Interface names display incorrectly in Quicksilver's preferences

Having completed some git bisects, the bad commit is:

f8df815 is the first bad commit

Everything now builds much faster ;-).

- Use only one prefix header.
- Merge the core plugins as targets in the main project.
- Move a few files that were in the wrong folder.

Typically, it's the biggest commit by far for a long time!

I'm a bit busy to do this right now, hopefully it'll be an easy-ish fix.
