After changing command interface, dot (.) can no longer be used to enter text

If the command interface is changed (e.g., from QSBezelInterfaceController to QSPrimerInterfaceController), then dot (.) no longer allows user to input text.

Workaround: restart Quicksilver after changing command interface.

Tested on: ß59 (3842) on Mac OS X 10.6.7.

Known bug. Restarting is the work around at the moment.

Known bug, yes, but did we know it was caused by switching interfaces? I didn’t know that, but it seems to be reproducible. This is a helpful clue.
