⌃↩ doesn't clear search string

1. Set the command window to be: 'Hello' ⇥ Large Type (with focus in the 2nd pane)
2. Press ⌃↩ to encapsulate the command
3. Note how the focus stays on the 2nd (action) pane, but the search string isn't cleared.

Expected behaviour:
Search string should clear for ⌃↩
