Use latest external classes (those prefixed with ND and UK)

Nathan Day has updated NDHotKeyEvent for example:

Also, UK prefixed classes have some updates

Not sure on the exact benefits, but I'm assuming any updates in the past year or so are worth it since QS is using classes from 03/04 before Tiger was even released :)

Update: NDAlias now works with garbage collection and 64bit, thanks to Sean McBride.
should be worth the update...
