In the past, we could just type any text and select Create File and then hit enter and a box asking for the file name would popUp.
Now, after you hit Create FIle, pops a 3rd option waiting for some input . you can type anything and hit enter, then the box asking about the file name will be shown.
The point is, before this 3rd input box wouldn't be shown and now it is.
Is this a butg or a super new function for waist our times ?

It appears the "Create File" action was never fully functional, and quite
buggy.
E.g. the text you enter in the 1st pane should be used as the filename,
whereas the current behaviour is to use the name you enter in the pop up
box.
I managed to reproduce your original bug once, but cannot any longer. It
was most likely introduced when @skurfer fixed the indirect optional bug.
