Sets up the required .lproj files in Xcode and pulls all 100% complete files from Transifex

OK, all the localisations are in :)

Only thing now is that some .xibs aren't picking up the localisation files. I'm not sure how to do this.

@tiennou - did you make the main preference .xibs localisable (so that they read the .strings files, as opposed to localising every .xib)?
At the moment I just think it's the About.xib that needs localising, but there may be a few more. Any ideas how?

QSAppearancePrefPane.xib still says “Colours”. :-)

Oh, crap. The button in that same NIB reads “Customise”. Sorry I didn't catch it before.

This is the key that all .strings files use
Since there are often strings which are intentionally left blank. 80% is a made-up figure. See http://qsapp.com/wiki/Localization
