Picking up where #1508 left off, I noticed that one of the examples from a user still wasn't working: vnc://hostname.local/

So, now it works.

I changed the Python script around quite a bit, too. 馃懡

Oooh, much nicer python than my hacky method.

I need to start using .format() since it's the standard in Py3
