Change syntax of "prefix" queries

Currently, we can do:

• field:start-* for a prefix query
• field:"start-"* for a prefix query

This is not documented. Let's add it to the docs.

exist query is already field:*, field:""* is a PhrasePrefixQuery, which should match the same thing, but is way more expensive (for strings, it's not valid on other types)

looks like field:start-* already works (assuming the tokenizer doesn't split on -, it's treated as a wildcard query).
"field:start-*" or field:"start-*" was deemed a bad idea (* in quotes should be left alone).

What's left is to document these bits of syntax. It's cool that they work, it would be better if we could point people to doc on them rather than take 2 weeks to figure out they're already there
