I don't think this sentence was accurate. TFO isn't analogous to 0-RTT session resumption, but it's needed to achieve the same application effect.

maybe analogous wasn't the right term but I'm also not sure about the word "true" here...

@mirjak "true" meaning "actual", i.e. you can resume a session without a round trip. We could specify that further but it probably has to be more wordy.
