If equal method's first argument or second argument is html text, equal method put html.
For example, result equal($("#a").html(),true,"ok") submit.

The html string is outputted correctly, as escaped markup. What's the issue? I'll reopen when a better description is provided.

The bug is in the message which is said by equal() method.
equal() method says message without escaping.
This is very difficult to understand.
(I am japanese,so I cannot write English very well.If you don't understand, I show it.)

An example would indeed be useful.

@pandanoir: In addition to your forthcoming example message text, feel free to also include screenshots of the display's current state vs. correct state.

This site has the problem.
I show a screenshot,too.

I'm not seeing the error you described (and include on the screenshot), instead I first got two "global error" failures, then the suite passed just fine.

Btw. why are you using LAB.js for such a simple testpage? You can probably avoid a bunch of issues by just loading the necessary scripts directly.

Sorry. The ploblem has already been fixed. jquery#379 This is the plobrem I said.
