Show the qunit-fixture div #449

It would be really handy if there were a button that let us view the qunit-fixture div. At the moment, it is always hidden. Viewing the fixture div can make debugging a little easier.

When you are debugging you usually can't execute further scripts in that page so a button for dynamically changing the styles of the qunit-fixture seems worthless.

You can always look up the window location though:

if ( window.location.href.indexOf( "show_fixture=true" ) > -1) {
    $( "#qunit-fixture" ).css({
        height: "",
        width: "",
        left: 0,
        top: 0,
        backgroundColor: "#FFF",
        border: "solid"

Its pretty easy to override the styles of the fixture elements in any browser dev tool (uncheck the styles or change the id). I don't see the need for exposing extra UI for this.
