Some parameters currently require the user to pass integer values with special meanings to functions. Enumerations should be provided so that the user doesn't have to look up which values to use in these places.

Here's the current list of enums to add (more in comments):

  • ID3 Text Frame Encoding
    0 - latin1
    1 - utf16
    2 - utf16be
    3 - utf8
  • ID3v1 Saving Options
    0 - remove
    1 - update
    2 - create
