How does one install the library in windows???

(how do I know if .py scripts are run by Python 2.6.4 or Python 3.1.1?)

I figured it out...
DOS prompt:
\mutagen-1.18>setup.py build
\mutagen-1.18>setup.py install

Multiple versions of Python can be a real PITA, but I like Python3 better...
