Only the MetadataLibraryObject block should hold attributes with more than
64k of data. Even though it is technically possible to put them into the
MetadataObject block, because the value size is represented by a 32-bit
integer, WM fails to read such attributes.

This change is necessary e.g. for saving cover art into WMA files.
