I can try and do some debugging myself. I happen to be using unnofficial GNOME/GTK 3.12 packages from http://copr.fedoraproject.org/coprs/rhughes/f20-gnome-3-12/

Looks like it's related to GTK 3.12 then. It might be a good idea to test with Arch Linux (I don't know if any other distros have GTK 3.12 already) to rule out some bug in the unofficial packages.
