files whose length is shorter than 1 second are treated as 0 second length when summed together #1483

The attached screenshot shows the difference between audacious and quodlibet in summing the length of very short sound files. The attached gzip archive contains the files in question.

We currently use integer to save the song length in seconds. I guess we could use float instead.
