Windows: audio pitch/speed plugin crashes #1534

problem.

- What did you try to do?
Play an mp3 file with the audio pitch/speed plugin enabled

- What did you expect to happen?
The file to play. I'm not sure if it is important but the same file can play with only default plugins enabled and with the equalizer plugin enabaled

- What did happen instead?
The program crashed with this report from Windows
