Tab order in LoginDialog has surprises

Server name editbox is focused after the 'keep logged in' checkbox even though they stand the other way around. The way this is achieved in the code is even more surprising - so please fix this until we have a proper 'Advanced' section in the dialog (which will order things differently anyway).
