[Feature] Add LLM calling capability

Large language models can provide intelligent control of the status of IoT devices. MCP defines a standardized interaction protocol between large models and external systems. Can we adapt MCP to IrisRPC to facilitate the intelligent interaction between large models and IOT devices?
