Don't import vctrs in NAMESPACE Use vec_dim()
Use qualified access to vctrs functions vec_is() requires vctrs > 0.1.0

type_sum()is not deprecated yet, waiting forvec_ptype_abbr()to be declared stable.Closes #134. Closes #34.
