install_version() should create a CRAN remote, not a URL remote #224

It uses install_url() internally, but I think the metadata should be as if it was a CRAN remote.

install_version calls install_url internally, so these packages were
being inadvertently installed as URL remote packages, which makes them
not update like normal packages.

Now we remove this extraneous metadata, so it is as if they were installed from
CRAN with `install.packages()` originally.

Fixes r-lib#224
