Update Bank vignette to use log_() and [[<- #90

  • Simmer now has log_(), so the logs of the original SimPy tutorial are now ported to Simmer. This is useful for teaching, by showing the progress of individual arrivals.
  • The replacement operator [[<- is used to simplify a particular example, where three arrivals have different arrival and waiting times. Previously this was done using a closure, but an additional example now shows how to create a 'template' trajectory, copy it three times, and modify each copy.
