The sequences and 3D structures have been deposited to GenBank under accession numbers OK073662 for 25S, OK073663 for 18S, OK073664 for 5.8S, OK073665 for 5S and PDB 7QIW, 7QIX, 7QIY, 7QIZ.

When using --skip_ribovore_filters ribovore assigns a FAIL state to some sequences that end up with the diagrams. This change ensures that metadata.tsv does not propagate the FAIL state.
