  1. Correct meaning of document.fullscreenEnabled, so it matches the spec…

    …. fullscreenEnabled is supposed to report whether a request for fullscreen is likely to succeed (for example so authors can decide whether it's worthwhile showing their 'go fullscreen' button/UI). It looks like the old shim was using fullscreenEnabled to flag whether a document was in fullscreen, script should check if document.fullscreenElement is non-null to achieve that.
