Category page header shows (this is page 1 of 12), but it doesn't show (this is page 2 of 12), and so on while enabling infinite scrolling.
For example, in my journals category page, you can see the heading as:
(this is page 1 of 12) shows up in the header of the category page, but (this is page 2 of 12), (this is page 3 of 12), (this is page 4 of 12), and so on... doesn't show up while enabling the jetpack infinite scroll.
I think it's better if we could disable (this is page 1 of 12) from the header while jetpack infinite scroll is enabled.
