Improve Google Structured Data validation

A user reports that the theme is throwing a few validation errors when testing with the Google Structured Data Testing Tool. This should be looked into.

I work on this project in my spare time, so the amount of time I can commit to it varies.

I just re-tested this and it looks like the Google Structured Data validation tool no longer reports any problems:

I'm marking this as wontfix and closing.
