lgtm, few minor suggestions
This will hopefully this will start to make the flow easier to follow and install.
Adds more details on how to configure ArgoCD usage and how to define clusters.
We don't need to go the "extra" side but use the regular tls configuration.
We've gone around how a region in our existing nomenclature can encompass one or more locations so change the terminology to site from region.

Move around the deploy docs to make the flow hopefully better. The goal is to create a top down deployment process doc that goes into much more detail than the existing Quick Start and explain each of the pieces better. This starts to add information about split deployments instead of one big All-In-One.
