Oceanic Page

Oceanic Page is a minimal Jekyll landing page template with color scheme based on Oceanic Next.

oceanic-page-large

It's fully mobile-friendly and loads no outside CSS or Javascript (besides Google Fonts) so it's really fast.

ocean-page-mobile

Even better, it's fully accessible and gracefully degrades when Javascript is disabled.

Check out the live demo at https://cjhor.to/oceanic-page.

Usage

Replace the placeholders in _config.yml with your own info. Oceanic Page is already set up to deploy to Github Pages, so after that all you need to do is commit and push to Github.

Local Setup

After cloning the repo:

  1. bundle install
  2. bundle exec jekyll serve a. Or, to enable hot reloading: bundle exec jekyll serve --livereload
  3. Visit localhost:4000 in your browser
