gta04 MediaSpeaker.state - save 5mA by using Voice to SoC on A4

This commit saves ~5mA (can be seen in suspend) on A4 model. It
switches the knob added by HW voice routing patch in kernel and the
power in suspend now matches A3 model where the HW routing patch has
no effect.

The suspend power is now for me ~20..22mA i have even seen 18mA.

Dont be too happy - after GSM call the power increases again.
