Allow opt-out of public course/opportunity display #112

Please do work for this task in a branch called issue-112.

Some students may not wish to have their current/planned courses and opportunities displayed in the User explorer (and other widgets), as this can be used by stalkers (within the ICS student body) to identify their location.

Other students may find display of this information useful for finding students with similar interests. It also helps them to find "popular" upcoming courses and opportunities.

Since this feature has value but also risks, implement an opt-out mechanism so that students who do not want this information displayed can enable that privacy feature. The mechanism would be implemented as a checkbox on the "About me" page in the Home area.
