'UnlockPartialProofState' object has no attribute 'lockhash' #2794

Problem Definition

The UnlockPartialProofState class needs to behave like a regular Lock state.

Fix UnlockPartialProofState lockhash attribute
This class was missing the `lockhash` attribute in order to be used like
any other lock state object.

Fixes raiden-network#2794
