API endpoint to enable monitoring per channel #4951
Description
Abstract
Currently monitoring can only be enabled globally for all channels. We should provide a way to selectivity enable monitoring for certain channels.
Motivation
Monitoring costs fees, so the user should be able to only monitor the channels he wants to have monitoring for.
Specification
- Implement an API endpoint which allows for (dis)enabling monitoring for channels
- Write new tests cover this new endpoint.
- Create an issue in the WebUI repo to integrate this endpoint.
