Don't have a cow, man!

I agree that the cow<=>kine inflection was too cute, but there's still a problem in the implementation, e.g. "human".pluralize => "humen" and "abdomen".singularize => "abdoman". See #14092 (comment)

In Rails 3.2 due to "cow" => "kine" got an issue that
