Missing params to url helpers doesn't generate error #4447

Given this set of routes:

Testapp::Application.routes.draw do
  resources :products

then there's a discrepancy between 3.1 and 3.2 when you have missing params for url helpers, e.g:

Loading development environment (Rails 3.1.3)
>> app.product_path
ActionController::RoutingError: No route matches {:action=>"show", :controller=>"products"}

Loading development environment (Rails 3.2.0.rc2)
>> app.product_path
=> "/products"

Not sure whether this is important or not.

Apparently we don't have tests for this functionality, but I'll try to make it work anyway. Thanks!
