rake notes task doesn't grep annotation in some project directories #4536

Just noticed that the rake notes task does not grep for FIXME and other annotations in public/javascripts/*. I suspect this is an issue in some other directories too. Can we make it scan the entire rails directory, including all sub-directories?

   Searches app, config, lib, script, test (default)
   Also searches dir1, dir2
