Using Chrome Web Store

1. User needs a device with Google Chrome browser or a browser built on Chromium, this includes Brave, Opera and Microsoft Edge.
2. User needs to be signed into Google account.
3. Visit the link: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/security-surf/ekhcklnpcdailhganpmoolfioojgnlii
4. Click 'Add to Chrome' to install

Manual Installation

1. User needs a device with Google Chrome browser or a browser built on Chromium, this includes Brave, Opera and Microsoft Edge.
2. User needs to be signed into Google account.
3. Download the code as a ZIP folder
4. Extract the contents
5. Activate Google's Safe Browsing API
6. Get an API key
7. Insert the Google API key into the contents.js file
8. Visit chrome://extensions or click the Chrome menu, hovering over 'More tools' then selecting 'Extensions'
9. Enable developer mode by clicking the toggle switch next to 'Developer mode'
10. Click the 'Load unpacked' button and select the extension directory to install
