And eliminates example that had been redirected to https. Refs raku-community-modules#30
This closes raku-community-modules#9 since it no longer requires IO::Socket::SSL. It closes raku-community-modules#30 since it now tests and installs without a problem.
This means it's not going to be deprecated for the time being. There were no fundamental problems (I guess, I'll have to look at the rest of the issues) so it closes raku-community-modules#32

Since it's still used all over the place, and as @Scimon says, sometimes you just need an URL.
