Would you be able to revert this PR? I was waiting for @clarkema to upload the dmg before merging it. My bad I should have put WIP in the title.

I've reverted this. Was the DMG already uploaded? Should I merge it back?

Many people on MacOS use homebrew for precompiled software. Rakudo Star has been available for a long time, but recently Rakudo was added. Maybe this could referenced for people like me that use Rakudo and not Rakudo star. This setup is by far the easiest (including monthly updates).
