Update credits with latest info

Updated with preferences from people who expressed one.  Now with
alternate orthographies where we could find them, and with non-breaking
spaces in the middles of names so nobody has to get their name broken.
An attempt to sort Cyrillic and Hebrew into reasonable spots.
