Bogus (inconsistent?) 'useless use' warning on `eager`ed Ranges #1463

Simply slapping parens on makes it warn but without them, nothing:

<Zoffix__> m: eager (1..10);
<camelia> rakudo-moar 72948e847: OUTPUT: «WARNINGS for <tmp>:␤Useless use of ".." in expression "1..10" in sink context (line 1)␤»
<Zoffix__> m: eager 1..10;
<camelia> rakudo-moar 72948e847: ( no output )

At the very least it should be consistent, tho I could argue the use isn't useless (personally, I was measuring how long reification would take)
