On September 6, 2016, I introed a bug into tools/contributors.pl6 where it lost the nqp/Moar from the list of repos it gets contributors for, so we're missing all the contributors since 2016.09 release that haven't also contributed to one of the other repos during each release.

Restore missing MoarVM repo in contrb gen script
