IIRC it says Rakudo releases at 01, 04, 07 and 10.

I'm likely to update these to the release versions by just updating p6intro.pdf and releasing some point before Monday night (UTC).

It's possible (but unlikely) there may be other changes.

Generally I try to release Release Candidates a day or two after the upstream compiler release with the actual release about a week later.
