Rakudo Star 2013.10 tarball misses three modules #34

The following directories are missing from modules/ in the 2013.10 tarball at http://rakudo.org/downloads/star/rakudo-star-2013.10.tar.gz : file-find, perl6-psgi, shell-command

We need to find out why this happened, and fix it for the next release

And we need to make sure the correct module versions get bundled... last time panda was one month behind...

I noticed issues with versions of other sub modules. What about doing a release candidate first so we check it?

@stmuk fwiw we usually do release candidates, but only advertise them on the #perl6 IRC channel.

I'm now pretty sure that it was an outdated git clone, and in 42daf9f I've added instructions on how to avoid that.
