Code for Genomic Signatures

Instructions

1. Place fasta files inside the directory "/alltogether/experiment/fasta"
2. Start running cell after cell from Mathematica notebook "main.nb"

Separation planes

Mathematica code and text files with sets of points for each map, can be found on /separation_planes directory. Open separation_planes_code.nb file, change the input file name and run the code to see the computation of separation plane for the map specified.
